Official Contest Terms & Fine Print

The rules that keep it fair.

Summary below — the full written terms and Powur compensation plan definitions govern in any conflict.

CONTEST WINDOW · June 15, 2026 · 9:00 AM PST → September 7, 2026 (Labor Day) · 11:59 PM PST

Eligibility Active Powur sellers in good standing. Corporate staff, contest admins, and executive leadership are excluded. PowurLine Enterprise organizations and their owners are not eligible and do not count toward the standings. One entry and one active account per person.

5-Contract Minimum Close at least 5 valid personal contracts during the contest window to qualify for the leaderboard and prizes. Fewer than 5 = unranked.

Minimum Viable Contest The contest runs only if at least 30 sellers reach the 5-contract qualification threshold. If fewer than 30 qualify by the close of the contest window, the contest is void — no prizes and no Impact Journey seats are awarded. Powur will confirm status at contest close.

Scoring Your score = personal points + leadership points: 1 point per $10,000 of PRV, calculated per the active Powur compensation plan. PRV priced outside standard plan guidelines is adjusted to plan values for scoring.

Leadership Points Personally enroll a new recruit during the contest and earn 1 point per $10,000 of their PRV produced within the window.

No Account Farming Opening or using extra/sub-accounts to run your own sales — or routing deals you personally sold through a recruit's account — is prohibited and can disqualify you. Recruits must be genuine new partners.

Contest Window Only contracts signed by the customer AND submitted within the contest window count. Contracts dated before the start, on hold, or later cancelled are excluded.

One Project, One Contract Each home/project counts once. Splitting a project, or counting adders (battery, etc.) as separate deals, is prohibited.

Mentor Splits Tagged mentors split PRV and points per the tag at submission. Tags can't be changed afterward; fictitious or collusive tagging is barred.

Self-Deals & Family Family contracts are eligible — but the homeowner cannot also be the seller. Every deal needs a genuine closer. Contracts where you (or your own household) are the homeowner do not qualify.

Validity & Clawback Points count only for contracts that stay active. Cancelled, rescinded, or refunded deals are deducted — including a post-contest verification window — and may be clawed back after payout.

Compliance & Quality Any deal involving misrepresentation, fraud, a customer complaint, chargeback, or compliance violation is disqualified. Serious violations forfeit all prizes.

Tie-Breakers Equal points are broken by total contract dollar value, then by whoever reached the total first.

Prizes & the Journey Top 10 win prizes, each exchangeable for its cash value. Top 30 earn the Impact Journey — non-transferable, no cash substitute, attend on scheduled dates with valid travel docs. Prizes may be taxable (1099).

Audit & Final Authority Standings are subject to audit. Powur may verify, adjust, disqualify, amend the rules, or modify/cancel the contest. Management decisions are final.
