We continue to grow year after year and break records quarter over quarter. And as we do, our leadership, both in the field and at corporate, is also growing. This event is our first-ever event designed exclusively for our field leadership. Strategically planned at the start of the year, this event will align the corporate and field teams in one collective vision as we chart out the course for the next year and the next decade.

This event is for serious builders and leaders within Powur. It will be an immersive and participatory leadership session over two days designed to make you the highest-performing leader you can be and to make 2023 a record-breaking year for yourself and your team, and collectively for Powur. Day 1 will begin in the evening with a top tier keynote speaker, team activation event, exquisite dinner and networking event. Day 2 will be an out of your seats immersive training and collaborative event with your top peers and corporate leaders. We’ll focus on the following:

Who is this event for?
This event is exclusively for Powur’s field leadership. You are eligible to attend the summit if you meet either of the following criteria:
- You are a Tier 3 Seller with a minimum of 5 personal or partnered deals in the last three months.
- You have been in the Top 50 on any of Powur’s three leaderboards (top Personal Seller, Top Tier 3 Seller, or Top Referrer) in the last three months.
Note – If you have any questions about your eligibility, reach out to marketingteam@powur.com. Also, we know that sometimes our newest leaders are not yet visible on the leaderboards. If you are a newer seller and would like to attend, please have a Tier 3 Seller recommend you for eligibility to the summit by emailing marketingteam@powur.com
