Powur Employee Peer-Nominated Recognition

Thank you for nominating your peers for our first-ever Powur employee awards. There are two awards you can nominate your peers for. 1: FULL CHARGE AWARD


The Full Charge award recognizes one Powur employee who has demonstrated an impressively high level of performance. This individual is a superstar who can be counted on to achieve results that translate to happy customers. Whatever task it is they are asked to do they do it measurably better – bigger, faster, more, higher quality, you name it – they are constantly achieving scoreboard worthy results. They embrace the Powur mission fully and serve our stakeholders at every turn – in ways that go above and beyond anything that could be written in a job description.

2: POWURFUL PURPOSE AWARD


The Powurful Purpose award recognizes one Powur employee who exemplifies Powur’s values in action. They just simply exude Powur in every way possible. They find a way and innovate constantly. They get shit done and communicate authentically. They serve our community and are devoted to growth. They make things work extraordinarily well and see the big picture, thinking and acting like an owner. These are our values and to know this person is to know these values in action.
