You’ll hear from us in about a week to select a date that works for you and for your Powur Certified Installation Partner. As you are selecting a date with your Powur Team, keep in mind that the average installation requires 1-4 days to complete, depending on the complexity of the project. ![]()
Depending on the location of your home, your Certified Installation Partner may be able to bring 100% of the equipment required for your installation with them on install day. However, some projects require us to ship some or all of your equipment to your home in advance of the installation date. Be on the lookout for any deliveries and set them aside in a safe, flat location for your installation team. ![]()
If you live in a homeowner’s association that requires additional approvals, this may delay our ability to schedule your installation. We’ll reach out to you if this is the case and ask that you assist us in gathering any necessary information or completing the necessary paperwork. ![]()
You may receive a certified letter from our equipment partner, CED, issuing a standard notice and summary of the value of the components they are providing. This letter is provided to every homeowner and does not require any action on your part. It is simply a notice that the materials have been procured, and until they are paid for (which will be done through your financing, or with cash if you are paying for your Powur system with cash), CED has a right to take any action needed to secure payment.
