Contract Funding Documents: Loan documents or proof of cash deposit or down payment.
If there are any discrepancies or issues that need to be corrected with the above documents, a member of the Contract Review team will reach out via email or a Powur.com ticket with the appropriate next steps for a resolution. You will also be notified once the issue(s) have been resolved or if any additional information or documentation is needed. Once these items have been reviewed and verified, the Welcome Team will initiate the welcome process for {{customer.first_name}}. Depending on the project or market, this may consist of a phone call, text, or email. The Welcome Team will confirm several important details about the project, answer any questions, assign your Project Manager, and select the site survey method. |
