By upgrading your account to an Enterprise organization on the Powur platform, you have unlocked additional enhanced features that will help you continue to build and scale your solar organization. Together we can positively impact the lives of countless homeowners with clean, reliable energy.

 

We’ll guide you every step of the way on your journey. Here are a few steps you can take right now to get your business onboarded.

Step 1: Complete Your Enterprise Owner Certification

  • You’ve already completed Tier 2 training. We’ve added a new certification for you as a new Enterprise Owner. You’ll need to complete the Enterprise Owner Certification within 30 days before you can begin adding your team members and generating proposals. If you are unable to complete training within this time period, you will be unable to access Enterprise features and functionality. Please note, your training modules will be customized and optimized for you and your team. As an Enterprise Owner, your certification includes details specific to you, while each of your seated team members will be assigned certification courses relevant to their seated role

Step 2: Plan For Team Certification & Explore Our KnowledgeBase

  • If you have been unable to complete the courses below, schedule time as soon as possible to complete these courses. Once you and your team complete each course, you’ll unlock the ability to utilize the features or products that correspond with each course.
  • Roofing certification
  • Battery certification
  • Sunnova certification
  • Vision certification
  • Explore our Knowledge Base Enterprise page, to help you navigate the new Enterprise features.

Step 3: Set up your account profile and default settings in your Enterprise Settings Dashboard

  • Build out your team with staff users and seated sellers, and assign their respective roles.
  • Adjust the default compensation settings for your team.
  • Transfer your leads to your seated sellers or closers on your team
