Invite them to connect with our community!
Our Powur Pioneers Facebook group is a private group for active sellers only. Your new seller can join through an invitation from a group member. Follow the steps below to add them to the group, and be sure to introduce them in the community once they’ve joined!

Click the blue “Invite” button in our Powur Pioneers Facebook group and select “Invite Facebook Friends” from the drop-down menu.
- Search for {{event.new_team_member_first_name}} by name, check the box by their name, and click the “Send Invite” button to initiate the group invitation.

Have {{event.new_team_member_first_name}} check their Facebook notifications (the bell at the top right of their Facebook homepage), to look for and accept your invitation.
- They will need to confirm their status as Powur Sellers to be added to the group.

All join requests will be approved within 48 business hours, provided your seller has confirmed their status as a member of the Powur Community.
- Get your newbie off to a GREAT start!
Schedule some time to introduce them to the Powur Business Plan and help them set business goals of their own!
- LEAD by example!
Walk your new seller through the lead submission process for the first time. By helping them achieve success early on, you’ll be giving them a foundation for continued engagement and growth at Powur.
- YOU are their Powur business coach!
Your new teammate will be more likely to succeed if you engage with them through regular check-ins, providing guidance and accountability as they track toward their own KPI’s.
