We need your help! Despite multiple attempts to reach your homeowner, {{event.homeowner_full_name}} has not yet paid their final invoice. Their invoice is past due and needs to be paid in full in order for your M2 commission to be paid.

 

We wanted to be sure you understood the next steps if we do not receive payment. The lien process will automatically start for {{event.homeowner_full_name}}({{event.homeowner_project_id}}) within the coming weeks if their balance is not paid in full.

 

This process will include a demand letter followed by filing of the lien in the Homeowner's state.  As we have communicated before, we incur costs in this process and as a result, lien processing costs of up to $1,000 will be included on your M2 Commission Sheet, reducing your commission. Please help us avoid this outcome!
