We know that you and {{event.homeowner_first_name}} are eager to get this project underway and we are here to help move the project forward quickly and efficiently. 

 

Your project is now entering the first stage of Project Kick-Off! Powur is processing the contract packet, including reviewing the status for each of the required items on the submission checklist.

Please ensure all of the required documents have been submitted for this project, which include:

  • Signed Contract: The signed and submitted contract.
  • Signed HOA Disclosure: If applicable, the Homeowner's Association approval for the project.
  • Signed Utility Interconnection Application: If applicable, the signed utility interconnection application. If not applicable, the Interconnection Team will apply for interconnection separately.
  • Proposal: A PDF copy of the proposal matching the signed project with screenshots of pricing and adders, as applicable. 
  • Contract Funding Documents: Loan documents or proof of cash deposit or down payment.

If there are any discrepancies or issues that need to be corrected with the above documents, a member of the Contract Review team will reach out via email or a Powur.com ticket with the appropriate next steps for a resolution. You will also be notified once the issue(s) have been resolved or if any additional information or documentation is needed.

 

Once these items have been reviewed and verified, the Welcome Team will initiate the welcome process for {{event.homeowner_first_name}}. Depending on the project or market, this may consist of a phone call, text, or email. The Welcome Team will confirm several important details about the project, answer any questions, assign your Project Manager, and select the site survey method.
